Our daughter, Renee Olubunmi Rondeau, was murdered on Halloween Night, October 31, 1994.

She was walking home in her own neighborhood... two drug addicts, and RECIDIVIST CRIMINALS, SPOTTED HER. She did not know them.

They needed money for their drug habit.

The woman was a prostitute. She was 28 years old at the time she murdered our daughter. The man was a recidivist criminal...he had committed 52 crimes. He was 34 years old. He had just completed his PAROLE three months before.

Our daughter was 29 years old.

Within the winds of Autumn
The coolest breeze comes by
Fills us with a breath of life
Falling down from on high

Bringing special gifts to earth
In winds that bellow through
Comfort in her entrance
With love she brings to you

Colors of her Autumn
She brings down from her sky
Cascading like a miracle
As clouds roll slowly by

Feel life so refreshing
This beauty now so blest
Autumns sweet remembrance
In colors she has left

Heart is feels as light as air
It enters in my soul
Wake up all emotions now
This majesty consoles

Within the winds of Autumn
The coolest breeze comes by
Fills us with a breath of life
That cascades through the sky
